Yağızalp Ulaş hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Garibaldo Quijana took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raymundo Carilao, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 21st minute Orti Sánchez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustaw Pysz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 22nd minute Fillos de Breogán were awarded a corner. Lope Herrero went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Fillos de Breogán's corner Lope Herrero fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Gustaw Pysz quite easily take care of the ball. 24 minutes into the match, Fillos de Breogán's goalkeeper Garibaldo Quijana had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Raymundo Carilao. The audience thought a goal was coming when Raymundo Carilao got free with Garibaldo Quijana in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Waldemar Olszewski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Amadeo Arens charged in rather forcefully in the 37th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Amadeo Arens the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Fillos de Breogán booed when Ornitorrincos F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amadeo Arens didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Orti Sánchez in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gustaw Pysz saved Ornitorrincos F.C. from getting behind. Orti Sánchez blasted a shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gustaw Pysz having to make a save. Ornitorrincos F.C.'s Gustaw Pysz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Orti Sánchez in the 40th minute of play. In the 44th minute José Ignacio Madina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Garibaldo Quijana saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Orti Sánchez was the one to do the kick off. Gustaw Pysz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lope Herrero in the 62nd minute. Gustaw Pysz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Orti Sánchez in the 64th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by José Ignacio Madina in the 71st minute of play forced Fillos de Breogán's goalkeeper Garibaldo Quijana to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zé Augusto Mandrak kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Amadeo Arens made in the 79th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by José Ignacio Madina. In the 83rd minute, José Ignacio Madina ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Garibaldo Quijana was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. After 88 minutes of play, Ornitorrincos F.C.'s José Ignacio Madina made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Garibaldo Quijana was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 92nd match minute, Ornitorrincos F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Miren Panussi to maneuver through the defense. Fillos de Breogán's Xesus Galaiko was substituted for Xoan Galaiko. A collision led to Ornitorrincos F.C. getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Miren Panussi hit a great ball. Ornitorrincos F.C.'s supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
