With a left leg Garibaldo Quijana saved Fillos de Breogán from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Orti Sánchez in the 9th minute of play forced La Mazorca's goalkeeper Karol Kluczyk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 10th minute Fillos de Breogán were awarded a corner. Xinto Palencia went to the cornerflag to take it. Garibaldo Quijana made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Horacio Silvino sent off a good shot on target. In the 17th minute, Nicanor Peyo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 18 played minutes La Mazorca got a freekick which was hit by Nicanor Peyo. In the 19th minute Orti Sánchez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karol Kluczyk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Horacio Silvino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 32nd match minute, La Mazorca was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rosendo Orkatz to maneuver through the defense. Garibaldo Quijana was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Horacio Silvino showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 34 minute of play. Waldemar Olszewski kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Silverio Flor hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Orti Sánchez to make the kick off. Orti Sánchez's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 52ndth minute, Karol Kluczyk skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After a defensive mix-up in Fillos de Breogán's zone, Horacio Silvino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Garibaldo Quijana came out of the goal and Horacio Silvino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Karol Kluczyk made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Calisto Abril sent off a good shot on target. 59 minutes had been played when some careless play by La Mazorca's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Xinto Palencia was slow to take the kick. During this time Fillos de Breogán's players had a chance to rest. Nicanor Peyo hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Fillos de Breogán made a substitution. Reno Wilmots replaced Orti Sánchez. Nicanor Peyo kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Zé Augusto Mandrak might have been able to make a better finish in the 63rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Karol Kluczyk. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Zé Augusto Mandrak ran back to his position shaking his head. 69 minutes into the match, La Mazorca's goal looked a bit too open when Xesus Galaiko came free, but Karol Kluczyk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mårten Svartengren hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. La Mazorca made a substitution. Pedro Fagondo replaced Benedicto Afonso. In the 79th match minute, La Mazorca was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mårten Svartengren to maneuver through the defense. Karol Kluczyk came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by Fillos de Breogán's Xesus Galaiko. But to his dismay, Xesus Galaiko quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. La Mazorca's Bogumil Burowski was substituted for Mårten Svartengren. Fillos de Breogán made a substitution. Xoan Galaiko replaced Xesus Galaiko. Angel Abaurre hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. In the 95th minute Horacio Silvino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Garibaldo Quijana saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Zé Augusto Mandrak kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Karol Kluczyk. That made the score 1-3 in the 96 minute of play.
