In the 15th minute Delmiro Fernandez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kai-Uwe Bartek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the BiBa defense, Narciso Jenaro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kai-Uwe Bartek. The BiBa fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kai-Uwe Bartek should have stopped the shot. 19 minutes into the match, Delmiro Fernandez notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of BiBa's Kai-Uwe Bartek. Kai-Uwe Bartek was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Gordon Zamora showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomé Azevedo in the 22nd minute of the match. In the 24th minute BiBa were awarded a corner. Norbert Arbogast went to the cornerflag to take it. Tomé Azevedo made a great header on BiBa's corner, it was just that MARIANO MORENO DE JUNÍN's Gordon Zamora managed to reach the ball for a save. BiBa's Tomé Azevedo was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 24th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Kai-Uwe Bartek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maximino Arnau, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Klaus-Dieter Danes scored 3-2 in the 43rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gordon Zamora, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Tomé Azevedo struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Gordon Zamora didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for BiBa. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-2 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tomé Azevedo was the one to do the kick off. The corner ended in Norbert Arbogast almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but MARIANO MORENO DE JUNÍN's Gordon Zamora did a great save. After a rather tough play, BiBa's Norbert Arbogast got a free kick in the 55th minute. The audience was convinced that Densill 李天剑's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gordon Zamora was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. Despite this Gordon Zamora quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. BiBa's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Flemming Joanesarson in the 92nd minute. The corner ended in Yanick Wils almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but MARIANO MORENO DE JUNÍN's Gordon Zamora did a great save. Klaus-Dieter Danes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gordon Zamora having to interfere. The supporters of MARIANO MORENO DE JUNÍN booed when BiBa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tomé Azevedo didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The BiBa fans cheered their team off the field, for while MARIANO MORENO DE JUNÍN had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
