La Scaloneta's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Javier Santo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. 5 minutes into the match, Javier Santo notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of La Scaloneta's Ewan Davin. Ewan Davin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Javier Santo in the 9th minute of play forced La Scaloneta's goalkeeper Ewan Davin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 11 minutes, John Costes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. La Scaloneta's supporters crossed their fingers, but John Costes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 12th minute, Javier Santo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ewan Davin was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pierre Dole got free with Christian Kiliz in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Javier Santo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ewan Davin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. With a little luck, Altos Gatos FC's Christian Kiliz got control of the ball when Darren Teisseire tried to sneak it across the goal line. Christian Kiliz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Madjid Pauly in the 20th minute. Javier Santo took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ewan Davin. Ewan Davin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. In the 28th minute, Javier Santo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Altos Gatos FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. Ewan Davin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Javier Santo in the 33rd minute of play. 36 minutes into the game, Javier Santo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Ewan Davin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Karl De Clercq hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Christian Kiliz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from John Costes, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Martin Engrand hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Javier Santo made a kick off. La Scaloneta's Ewan Davin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Javier Santo in the 51st minute of play. Altos Gatos FC were awarded a corner in the 53th minute after La Scaloneta's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Haroldo Vidal took the corner. The corner ended in Haroldo Vidal almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but La Scaloneta's Ewan Davin did a great save. 54 minutes into the match, Altos Gatos FC's Javier Santo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ewan Davin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Javier Santo struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Ewan Davin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Altos Gatos FC. An unexpectedly hard shot by Javier Santo in the 59th minute of play forced La Scaloneta's goalkeeper Ewan Davin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 60 minutes had been played when some careless play by La Scaloneta's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Haroldo Vidal was slow to take the kick. During this time Altos Gatos FC's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Bonifacio Olle got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ewan Davin quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. If Javier Santo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Altos Gatos FC's Aurelio Duarte was substituted for Justino Corderun. Altos Gatos FC's Everardo Chago was substituted for Liev Tolstoy. Altos Gatos FC's Christian Kiliz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by John Costes in the 65th minute of play. After having played for 67 minutes, Milosz Majczyk managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Altos Gatos FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Milosz Majczyk was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Christian Kiliz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Madjid Pauly, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aurelio Duarte's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 74thth minute, Ewan Davin skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. La Scaloneta's Ewan Davin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save La Scaloneta from getting a goal against them. Altos Gatos FC's Christian Kiliz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pierre Dole in the 85th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 87 minutes, Enrique Vidal took a quick shot and it went in 0-7 without a chance for Ewan Davin to make any attempt to save it. When the match was over Altos Gatos FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than La Scaloneta throughout the match.
