The referee ignored BiBa's protests and gave Michael Kohn a yellow card for diving instead. Michael Kohn kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. BiBa's Kai-Uwe Bartek proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save BiBa from getting a goal against them. In the 30th minute Tomé Azevedo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexander Pérez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 36th match minute, San Roque FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Duro Takle to maneuver through the defense. Tomé Azevedo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexander Pérez having to interfere. Klaus-Dieter Danes struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Alexander Pérez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for BiBa. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Edgardo Gonzalez made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wiliam Peren in the 57th minute of play forced BiBa's goalkeeper Kai-Uwe Bartek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 62nd minute of the game. One of San Roque FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of BiBa:s goal. A collision led to BiBa getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Porfirio Filare hit a great ball. In the 67th minute, Porfirio Filare hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Ramirez in the 75th minute of play forced BiBa's goalkeeper Kai-Uwe Bartek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 83rd minute, BiBa's Klaus-Dieter Danes dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-3. If Tomé Azevedo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
