Club A. Chipa y Tereré's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mitch Furniss was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Club A. Chipa y Tereré's Leonides Velasco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mitch Furniss in the 12th minute of play. Tim Johnstone showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isaac Sabino, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Carl Downes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Leonides Velasco made a huge save. The supporters of The Tigers booed when Club A. Chipa y Tereré was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edgardo Pietro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Leonides Velasco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carl Downes in the 22nd minute of play. Leonides Velasco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benji Murray, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Leonides Velasco was out of position in the 28 minute of play, and Carl Downes capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Chipa y Tereré's goal looked a bit too open when Carl Downes came free, but Leonides Velasco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of The Tigers booed when Club A. Rio Blewitt received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Carl Downes stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, one of The Tigers:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for The Tigers. The goalkeeper, Tim Johnstone, was totally fooled by Club A. Chipa y Tereré's Olari Mõniste, who 53 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Benji Murray took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Leonides Velasco. Leonides Velasco dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. In the 59th minute Mitch Furniss shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonides Velasco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leonides Velasco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ionuț Mureșan in the 61st minute of the match. Leonides Velasco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mitch Furniss, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. 68 minutes into the game, The Tigers's Carl Downes nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. The Tigers fully deserved thier win.
