Paulo Godoi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ask Stamnes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Boulogne F.C.'s Donato Trentini got a free kick in the 18th minute. LACELESTEYBLANCA's Eugenio Molina proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save LACELESTEYBLANCA from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gogo Nicholas got free with Eugenio Molina in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Eugenio Molina showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Donato Trentini in the 29th minute of the match. In the 31st minute, Paulo Godoi made a precise shot to the right of Ask Stamnes. Boulogne F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mauricio Tano stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ask Stamnes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulo Godoi in the 54th minute of play. In the 56th minute of the match LACELESTEYBLANCA got a corner. Boulogne F.C.'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. After 94 played minutes Boulogne F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Baltasar George. A collision led to Boulogne F.C. getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Baltasar George hit a great ball.
