CACYFA's Luis Quirce played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ferdinando Di Camillo in the 14th minute of play. Ferdinando Di Camillo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Luis Quirce tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 23 minutes, Erling Halland managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CACYFA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Erling Halland was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cristoforo Musso made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Erling Halland sent off a good shot on target. 27 minutes into the match, CACYFA's Erling Halland sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cristoforo Musso narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Cristoforo Musso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CACYFA. CACYFA's attentive Atilano Jerico managed to snatch the ball when Pang Zhen made a throw-in in the 38th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erling Halland in the 39th minute of play forced Coriano FC's goalkeeper Cristoforo Musso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 40th minute Erling Halland shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristoforo Musso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marcos Acuña made in the 46th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Coriano FC's Pang Zhen. Saul Itzaina was shown his second yellow card after 47 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ferdinando Di Camillo made a kick off. Coriano FC's Ferdinando Di Camillo got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A beautiful save bye Coriano FC's goalie prevented a goal. 70 minutes into the match, Coriano FC's goal looked a bit too open when Erling Halland came free, but Cristoforo Musso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
