Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Miki Jungslund in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hugo Bergqvist prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 10 minutes into the match, Qikiqtarjuaq FC's goal looked a bit too open when Timmy Clementsson came free, but Abel Bueno reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 11th minute Miki Jungslund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hugo Bergqvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Qikiqtarjuaq FC getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Hubert Arthur hit a great ball. Hugo Bergqvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ilgaz Şirvan, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Abel Bueno made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robin Alin in the 17th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Miki Jungslund got free with Hugo Bergqvist in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 22nd minute there was a penalty for Qikiqtarjuaq FC. Ilgaz Şirvan stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Hugo Bergqvist. 1-1. Abel Bueno showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Timmy Clementsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Hugo Bergqvist made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ilgaz Şirvan in the 27th minute. In the 30th minute Ilgaz Şirvan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hugo Bergqvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hugo Bergqvist made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Caio da Rocha sent off a good shot on target. Skånes stolthet!'s Hugo Bergqvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ilgaz Şirvan in the 34th minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Caio da Rocha could shoot a difficult shot in the 41st minute, which Hugo Bergqvist however easily saved by the left post. In the 42nd match minute, Qikiqtarjuaq FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gary Thomason to maneuver through the defense. Qikiqtarjuaq FC's Daron Keen was substituted for Wilber Leon. After a rather tough play, Qikiqtarjuaq FC's Gary Thomason got a free kick in the 43rd minute. After 46 played minutes Skånes stolthet! got a freekick which was hit by Robin Alin. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Sigvard Lange made the kick off in the second half. Qikiqtarjuaq FC's Abel Bueno played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Timmy Clementsson in the 54th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Caio da Rocha in the 57th minute of play forced Skånes stolthet!'s goalkeeper Hugo Bergqvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 59 minutes into the match, Skånes stolthet!'s goal looked a bit too open when Caio da Rocha came free, but Hugo Bergqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hugo Bergqvist came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by Qikiqtarjuaq FC's Ilgaz Şirvan. But to his dismay, Ilgaz Şirvan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. When Qikiqtarjuaq FC's Caio da Rocha in the 66th minute got a chance for a shot 66th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Skånes stolthet!'s goalie prevented a goal. Qikiqtarjuaq FC's Michael Owen was substituted for Ilgaz Şirvan. Qikiqtarjuaq FC were awarded a corner in the 69th minute after Skånes stolthet!'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Miki Jungslund took the corner. Hugo Bergqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Caio da Rocha in the 73rd minute of the match. Hugo Bergqvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Caio da Rocha in the 76th minute of play. The Skånes stolthet! supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Skånes stolthet! would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
