Claus Himschoot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Qu Liang in the 15th minute of play. Söderbröder's Karl-Axel Nyman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Söderbröder from getting a goal against them. After some careless play in the PomeziaRamblers defense, Matheus Baltazar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Claus Himschoot. The PomeziaRamblers fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Claus Himschoot should have stopped the shot. 30 minutes into the match, Söderbröder's goalkeeper Karl-Axel Nyman had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kuido Suursaar. Söderbröder's Karl-Axel Nyman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benjamin Ülger in the 33rd minute of play. In the last second Karl-Axel Nyman throw himself and got hold of the ball when Benjamin Ülger in the 34thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. After 36 minutes Söderbröder's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Adrián Frick who took care of the corner kick. Karl-Axel Nyman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bruno Scibilia, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Benjamin Ülger managed to get in a good position for a shot. PomeziaRamblers's supporters rose to their feet, but Benjamin Ülger was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Karl-Axel Nyman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 41st minute, Freddie Ljungberg made a precise shot to the right of Karl-Axel Nyman. Söderbröder's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

After 52 minutes, Bruno Scibilia made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. Söderbröder's Karl-Axel Nyman tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Kuido Suursaar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Karl-Axel Nyman read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 63rd minute of play. 63 minutes into the match, Söderbröder's goal looked a bit too open when Kuido Suursaar came free, but Karl-Axel Nyman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. PomeziaRamblers's Claus Himschoot proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save PomeziaRamblers from getting a goal against them. 88 minutes into the match, Freddie Ljungberg notched a goal, 5-1, to the right of Söderbröder's Karl-Axel Nyman. Karl-Axel Nyman was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Monte Valdovinos was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 92 minutes into the match. After 93 played minutes Söderbröder got a freekick which was hit by Monte Valdovinos.
