After 48 minutes PomeziaRamblers's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Valentino Rosas who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Expresso Ranelagh's Valentino Rosas to fire away a dangerous shot which Claus Himschoot despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kuido Suursaar to make the kick off. The audience was convinced that Bruno Scibilia's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pablo Lohitzun was relentless in the 81st minute of the game. Despite being the better team, PomeziaRamblers failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
