The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Elvio Abecia blasted a shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sven-Edvin Britz having to make a save. Francois Armani came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by Morris FC's Horia Buzea. But to his dismay, Horia Buzea quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Morris FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Danny Amand in the 64th minute. Sven-Edvin Britz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roque Ieltxu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 66 minutes into the match, Roque Ieltxu notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Morris FC's Sven-Edvin Britz. Sven-Edvin Britz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With 73 minutes on the clock, Dionisio Ospin commited a dangerous tackle.
