AEK S.C's Thanasis Koltsidas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save AEK S.C from getting a goal against them. Zheng Chao Wei made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jelte Bleiswijk in the 24th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Donzel Goyeneta in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zheng Chao Wei prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Genta Kartiwa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Thanasis Koltsidas made a huge save. In the 32nd minute, Omar Florin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, AEK S.C's Thanasis Koltsidas got control of the ball when Genta Kartiwa tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to AEK S.C getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. João Francisco de Andrade hit a great ball.
