Andy Entrena ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Andy Entrena got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Naike Abalos quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Inge Marin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arnaldo Colas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 15th minute of the match La Mandarina Mecánica got a corner. Cuatrodeocho's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Elias Leimann ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led La Mandarina Mecánica's Elias Leimann to fire away a dangerous shot which Inge Marin despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. John Abancens made in the 21st minute of the game a quick throw-in and Edward Groth immediately put the ball in play. In the 33rd minute Arnaldo Colas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Inge Marin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. La Mandarina Mecánica's Naike Abalos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save La Mandarina Mecánica from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnaldo Colas in the 42nd minute of play forced Cuatrodeocho's goalkeeper Inge Marin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when David Batuhin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The hit was so violent that he fractured his nose and had to leave the field. Gábor Gyepes's late challenge caught a La Mandarina Mecánica's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. After a rather tough play, Cuatrodeocho's Gábor Gyepes got a free kick in the 94th minute. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. La Mandarina Mecánica had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
