Spectators: 7417 (Terracing: 5500, Seating: 1767, VIP seats: 150) El Fortín de Floresta's Salvador Hats started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jeremias Sugoi in the 2nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Santos Orlan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 7th minute, Victor Bermudez made a precise shot to the right of Santos Orlan. El Fortín de Floresta's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Santos Orlan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antonio Bernard in the 10th minute of the match. Delmar Manex recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. El Fortín de Floresta's Santos Orlan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antonio Bernard in the 15th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jeremias Sugoi in the 16th minute of play forced El Fortín de Floresta's goalkeeper Santos Orlan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 19th minute TALLERES DE CBA were awarded a corner. Ronaldo Pika went to the cornerflag to take it. Ronaldo Pika made a great header on TALLERES DE CBA's corner, it was just that El Fortín de Floresta's Santos Orlan managed to reach the ball for a save. Santos Orlan came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by TALLERES DE CBA's Josué Braga. But to his dismay, Josué Braga quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Santos Orlan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ronaldo Pika in the 28th minute of play. In the 31st minute, Antonio Bernard ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Santos Orlan was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. 36 minutes into the match, El Fortín de Floresta's goal looked a bit too open when Josué Braga came free, but Santos Orlan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of El Fortín de Floresta booed when TALLERES DE CBA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Celedonio Montes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lucio Afonso was a little too slow when Delmar Manex got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 46th minute. The score was now 1-4. Disappointed in the 1-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Jeremias Sugoi in the 55th minute of play forced El Fortín de Floresta's goalkeeper Santos Orlan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cipriano Aguilera's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lucio Afonso read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 60th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Victor Bermudez's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Santos Orlan was relentless in the 61st minute of the game. Santos Orlan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ronaldo Pika in the 63rd minute of play. 65 minutes into the match, TALLERES DE CBA's goal looked a bit too open when Delmar Manex came free, but Lucio Afonso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, TALLERES DE CBA's Ariel Flores got a free kick in the 73rd minute. El Fortín de Floresta made a substitution. Hector Selmo replaced Delmar Manex. Ariel Flores hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Jeremias Sugoi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Santos Orlan made a huge save. Lucio Afonso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucio Stanislao in the 82nd minute of play. In the 85thth minute of the game Salvador Hats who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but TALLERES DE CBA's Lucio Afonso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Lucio Afonso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Salvador Hats, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 94th minute Hector Selmo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucio Afonso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match was over TALLERES DE CBA could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than El Fortín de Floresta throughout the match.
