After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Rahim Niğdeli scored 0-1 in the 53rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lucio Afonso, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pawel Mietus in the 61st minute of play forced TALLERES DE CBA's goalkeeper Lucio Afonso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 65th minute, TALLERES DE CBA's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Pawel Mietus fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind TALLERES DE CBA's goalkeeper Lucio Afonso, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 70 minutes into the match, NAGANO F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Victor Bermudez came free, but Vellito Alguerdo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rahim Niğdeli's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lucio Afonso read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. Rahim Niğdeli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vellito Alguerdo came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by TALLERES DE CBA's Antonio Bernard. But to his dismay, Antonio Bernard quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Rahim Niğdeli in the 86thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Lucio Afonso, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 92nd minute, Pawel Mietus got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Rahim Niğdeli came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the NAGANO F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rahim Niğdeli couldn't finish the play. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
