An unexpectedly hard shot by Lukasz Jaszynski in the 31st minute of play forced Pegaso's goalkeeper Loren Prats to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wincent Cielencki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mihail Pânzaru in the 42nd minute of play. The supporters of Wy-pas booed when Pegaso was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silvano Endira didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match had gone on for 47 minutes, Roch Mazierski put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Loren Prats. After the first half Wy-pas were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mihail Pânzaru stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 59 minutes into the game, Mihail Pânzaru cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Wincent Cielencki was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Wy-pas's Michal Piechocki was substituted for Hong Yi Jian. Wy-pas's Cleto Barea was substituted for Bordat Vilanova. Wincent Cielencki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mihail Pânzaru, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. 80 minutes into the match, Pegaso's goal looked a bit too open when Michal Piechocki came free, but Loren Prats reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 81 minutes into the match, Pegaso's goalkeeper Loren Prats had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lukasz Jaszynski.
