Capivariano F.C.'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Rogério Vidal ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 18th match minute, Chihuahua StrikerS™ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pedro Aires to maneuver through the defense. Emilian Martinez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Egídio Tinoco, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Egídio Tinoco managed to get in a good position for a shot. Capivariano F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Egídio Tinoco was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Emilian Martinez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Egídio Tinoco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 36th minute, Capivariano F.C.'s Egídio Tinoco ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Emilian Martinez. Emilian Martinez yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. Fábio Silva hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Emilian Martinez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Egídio Tinoco, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. 45 minutes into the game, Aldaír Perdigão cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3.
