If Christopher Kock had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Brent Desmet hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Christopher Kock's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hans-Joachim Amerhauser read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. In the 36th minute, Christopher Kock got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christopher Kock in the 39th minute of play forced Forza Heppenbach's goalkeeper Hans-Joachim Amerhauser to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 42nd minute, Primitivo Taner hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After the first half JKs Talanger were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Christopher Kock was the one to do the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Forza Heppenbach's zone, Peter Mpenza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hans-Joachim Amerhauser came out of the goal and Peter Mpenza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 96th minute, JKs Talanger's Peter Mpenza dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-5. JKs Talanger's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
