Gernando Azevedo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 4th minute Gernando Azevedo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristo Colas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Celedonio Xabat's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but João Carlos Lucas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. Gernando Azevedo in the 15thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Cristo Colas, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 20 minutes into the match, Los Andes FC - FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Cayetano Sarracino came free, but João Carlos Lucas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 24 minutes, Gernando Azevedo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Los Andes FC - FSCMZ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gernando Azevedo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 29th minute, Saverio Locaio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. João Carlos Lucas was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Almeyra F.C.'s Cristo Colas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gernando Azevedo in the 34th minute of play. Cristo Colas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arjen Robben in the 37th minute. Gernando Azevedo scored 2-1 in the 38th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cristo Colas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 42nd minute Gernando Azevedo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristo Colas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 45 played minutes Almeyra F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Danilo Remir. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gernando Azevedo to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Gernando Azevedo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cristo Colas was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. João Carlos Lucas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Saverio Locaio, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. After 60th play minutes Gernando Azevedo shot 4-1, a short shot which went by Cristo Colas and just under the crossbar into goal. After some careless play in the Almeyra F.C. defense, Gernando Azevedo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cristo Colas. The Almeyra F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cristo Colas should have stopped the shot. 67 minutes into the match, Los Andes FC - FSCMZ's Gernando Azevedo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cristo Colas narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Cristo Colas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gernando Azevedo went, in the 67th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-1 was the resulting score. When the match had gone on for 71 minutes, Gernando Azevedo put it in 7-1 from a short distance just to the right of Cristo Colas. Cristo Colas came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by Los Andes FC - FSCMZ's Gabriel Recife. But to his dismay, Gabriel Recife quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-1. Los Andes FC - FSCMZ made a substitution. Luís Paulo do Nascimento replaced Fortunato Froněk. Los Andes FC - FSCMZ's 傅升国 was substituted for Stefan Stenquist. In the 88th match minute, Los Andes FC - FSCMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andolín Dijk to maneuver through the defense. Gabriel Recife received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Cristo Colas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 95 minutes into the game, Los Andes FC - FSCMZ's Gabriel Recife nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cristo Colas made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 9-1.
