Adan Otsoko started the match with the kick off. Cristo Colas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aquilino Velazquez in the 3rd minute of play. Maurino Esperta was extremely unlucky when he, in the 9th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. 11 minutes into the game, Belarmino Viejo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Cristo Colas. Belarmino Viejo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. After 13 played minutes Club Deportivo Polonia got a freekick which was hit by García Ramos. 14 minutes into the match, Saverio Locaio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Angelino Barba. Club Deportivo Polonia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Saverio Locaio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. In the 16th match minute, Almeyra F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Danilo Remir to maneuver through the defense. Cristo Colas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aquilino Velazquez's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aquilino Velazquez in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cristo Colas saved Almeyra F.C. from getting behind. 20 minutes had been played when some careless play by Almeyra F.C.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. García Ramos was slow to take the kick. During this time Club Deportivo Polonia's players had a chance to rest. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Almeyra F.C.'s goalie and right to Máximo Griful. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Almeyra F.C.'s manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Cristo Colas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aquilino Velazquez, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Cristo Colas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aquilino Velazquez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Almeyra F.C.'s Cristo Colas got control of the ball when Belarmino Viejo tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 39th minute of the match, Maurino Esperta tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Cristo Colas saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After 41 played minutes Club Deportivo Polonia got a freekick which was hit by García Ramos. García Ramos charged in rather forcefully in the 47th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed García Ramos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Club Deportivo Polonia getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. García Ramos hit a great ball. Angelino Barba made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adan Otsoko in the 48th minute of play.

After 57 minutes of play, Club Deportivo Polonia's Belarmino Viejo made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cristo Colas was left in no man's land by his defense there! Cristo Colas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aquilino Velazquez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cristo Colas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Belarmino Viejo in the 65th minute of the match. In the 68th minute Saverio Locaio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angelino Barba saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Almeyra F.C.'s Cayetano Sarracino was substituted for Saverio Locaio. After 71 minutes Club Deportivo Polonia's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Victorio Sabino who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Almeyra F.C.'s corner Victorio Sabino fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Angelino Barba quite easily take care of the ball. Club Deportivo Polonia's Angelino Barba played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cayetano Sarracino in the 75th minute of play. Cristo Colas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aquilino Velazquez in the 79th minute of the match. Angelino Barba made an important save on a dangerous shot by Adan Otsoko in the 81st minute. Cristo Colas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Belarmino Viejo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cayetano Sarracino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Angelino Barba having to interfere. Club Deportivo Polonia made a substitution. Loramendi Zabalo replaced Belarmino Viejo. 96 minutes into the game, Maurino Esperta cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-2. Cristo Colas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. For all the effort they put into the match, the Almeyra F.C. players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Club Deportivo Polonia.
