Lokomotiv Bornova's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Encarale a la gordita the free kick. A collision led to Lokomotiv Bornova getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Jonny Clayton hit a great ball. Lokomotiv Bornova were awarded a corner in the 15th minute after Encarale a la gordita's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ahmet Korcan Gökalp took the corner. Shao Shu Lang showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Germanas Judeikis, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Encarale a la gordita's Shao Shu Lang played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Germanas Judeikis in the 29th minute of play. Sezai Yura took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miromir Pieknik, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Encarale a la gordita made a substitution. Ildefonso Bernabel replaced Herman Lindholm. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Germanas Judeikis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Germanas Judeikis took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Shao Shu Lang. Shao Shu Lang dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Shao Shu Lang showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Germanas Judeikis, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. In the 63rdth minute of the game Germanas Judeikis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Encarale a la gordita's Shao Shu Lang was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Lokomotiv Bornova's Germanas Judeikis, in the 64th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Lokomotiv Bornova. 72 minutes into the game, Alp Eren cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Shao Shu Lang was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 75th minute, one of Lokomotiv Bornova:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Lokomotiv Bornova. In the 79th minute, Encarale a la gordita got a penalty, and Paulino Senon placed the ball unsaveable into goal, by the right post. When Saverio Vistruario came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Encarale a la gordita fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Saverio Vistruario couldn't finish the play. In the 85th minute Jurand Sienkowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sezai Yura saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sezai Yura made an important save on a dangerous shot by Paulino Senon in the 91st minute. Encarale a la gordita were awarded a corner in the 92th minute after Lokomotiv Bornova's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line.
