An unexpectedly hard shot by André Luiz Xavier in the 11th minute of play forced Chojnickie Byki's goalkeeper Norbert Hryc to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Norbert Hryc showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from André Luiz Xavier, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Chojnickie Byki's Norbert Hryc played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by André Luiz Xavier in the 45th minute of play. In the 45th minute André Luiz Xavier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Norbert Hryc saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lucjan Laba got free with Erez Manco in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The wind increased when Lucjan Laba made the kick off in the second half. Chojnickie Byki's Norbert Hryc played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ponc Calderona in the 50th minute of play. Chojnickie Byki's Sebastian Domalik was substituted for Piotr Biraga. In the 58th minute KS Ruch Chorzów were awarded a corner. Dobromir Gdowski went to the cornerflag to take it. KS Ruch Chorzów's Dobromir Gdowski was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Norbert Hryc in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Klement Rzeszutko did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-2 to the left of a surprised Norbert Hryc 61 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lucjan Laba in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Erez Manco prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Lucjan Laba struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Erez Manco didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chojnickie Byki. KS Ruch Chorzów's Karol Madajczyk was substituted for Dobromir Gdowski. With his leg Norbert Hryc managed to avoid a goal in the 69thth minute, when KS Ruch Chorzów's Klement Rzeszutko fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 74thth minute of the game Lucjan Laba who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but KS Ruch Chorzów's Erez Manco was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 78th minute Lucjan Laba shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erez Manco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sancarbey Doğay hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Chojnickie Byki made a substitution. Dobromir Dankowski replaced Lucjan Laba. The supporters of Chojnickie Byki booed when KS Ruch Chorzów was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sancarbey Doğay didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dobromir Dankowski might have been able to make a better finish in the 82nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Erez Manco. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dobromir Dankowski ran back to his position shaking his head. 94 minutes into the match, KS Ruch Chorzów's goal looked a bit too open when Dobromir Dankowski came free, but Erez Manco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, KS Ruch Chorzów's Ponc Calderona got a free kick in the 95th minute. The Chojnickie Byki supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching KS Ruch Chorzów's performance. The match ended with a win for KS Ruch Chorzów.
