Isaltino Couto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hélder Fonseca in the 7th minute of the match. Celestino Garaile made a great header on CRISTOBAL TERRANOVA Ψ's corner, it was just that Danone CC's Isaltino Couto managed to reach the ball for a save. 12 minutes into the match, CRISTOBAL TERRANOVA Ψ's goal looked a bit too open when Fausto Senna came free, but Vincent Aalberts reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hélder Fonseca in the 44th minute of play forced Danone CC's goalkeeper Isaltino Couto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 45th minute of the game. One of CRISTOBAL TERRANOVA Ψ:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Danone CC:s goal. When the match had been going on for 47 minutes, Danone CC's Maurício Rodrigues got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Vincent Aalberts. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Diguinho Teles stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Vincent Aalberts made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enéas Carneiro in the 52nd minute of play. 52 minutes into the game, Enéas Carneiro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Vincent Aalberts was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 58th match minute, CRISTOBAL TERRANOVA Ψ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Albert Einstein to maneuver through the defense. CRISTOBAL TERRANOVA Ψ's Vincent Aalberts played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fausto Senna in the 74th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fausto Senna in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vincent Aalberts saved CRISTOBAL TERRANOVA Ψ from getting behind.
