In the 7th minute of the match, Rogelio Romo got a very nice opportunity to score, but Oliver Kan was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After 11 minutes of play, Firmat Foot Ball Club's Paulino Nesto made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Oliver Kan was left in no man's land by his defense there! Rogelio Romo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oliver Kan having to interfere. 17 minutes into the game, Cyprian Oliszewski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Rodriguinho Loureiro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Virgil van Dijk kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Jaroslaw Maurycy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rodriguinho Loureiro having to interfere. In the 27th minute Cyprian Oliszewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rodriguinho Loureiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A sloppy throw-in by Charles Prata in the 31st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by ORIZABA F.C.'s Fausto Beattie. After 41 minutes of play, Firmat Foot Ball Club's Rogelio Romo made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cyprian Oliszewski to make the kick off. The throw-in from Arturo Vidal in the 50th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by ORIZABA F.C.'s Fausto Beattie. Jaroslaw Maurycy could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Rodriguinho Loureiro made a huge save. In the 60th minute the ball was on its way in behind Firmat Foot Ball Club's goalkeeper Rodriguinho Loureiro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulino Nesto in the 61st minute of play forced ORIZABA F.C.'s goalkeeper Oliver Kan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 69th minute Cyprian Oliszewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rodriguinho Loureiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jaroslaw Maurycy got free with Rodriguinho Loureiro in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 89 played minutes ORIZABA F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Leoncio Huerta. Paulino Nesto scored 3-2 in the 94th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Oliver Kan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Firmat Foot Ball Club's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
