An unexpectedly hard shot by Fausto Senna in the 10th minute of play forced ORIZABA F.C.'s goalkeeper Oliver Kan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Danone CC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Maurício Rodrigues in the 11th minute. A nice corner shot did that Maurício Rodrigues got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Oliver Kan quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. A collision led to ORIZABA F.C. getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Jaroslaw Maurycy hit a great ball. 16 minutes into the match, ORIZABA F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Diguinho Teles came free, but Oliver Kan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Oliver Kan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jeremias Velloso went, in the 16th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Danone CC's Isaltino Couto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Danone CC from getting a goal against them. Jaroslaw Maurycy could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Isaltino Couto made a huge save. The supporters of Danone CC booed when ORIZABA F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cyprian Oliszewski didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 28 played minutes ORIZABA F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Virgil van Dijk. Oliver Kan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diguinho Teles in the 29th minute of play. Isaltino Couto didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cyprian Oliszewski went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Cyprian Oliszewski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Isaltino Couto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Oliver Kan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jeremias Velloso in the 38th minute of the match. Isaltino Couto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cyprian Oliszewski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 45th minute, Diguinho Teles ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Oliver Kan was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cyprian Oliszewski was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute Cyprian Oliszewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isaltino Couto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Oliver Kan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Enéas Carneiro in the 57th minute. Isaltino Couto was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Cyprian Oliszewski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Isaltino Couto read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 95th minute of play. ORIZABA F.C. were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Danone CC for a fine match.
