Big Babousa's defense didn't have a chance, in the 5th minute, when Francesc Balmaseda scored to the left of an out of position Svetlozar Karamihov, making the score, 1-0. 14 minutes into the game, Dario Costante threw the ball into play from the sideline. Auriolam II C.F.'s Gabri Gutierrez quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 19th minute, Rick Sánchez left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Big Babousa fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. In the 25th minute, Miguel Godoy made a precise shot to the right of Svetlozar Karamihov. Big Babousa's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Big Babousa's Svetlozar Karamihov proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save Big Babousa from getting a goal against them. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Miguel Godoy couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Big Babousa's zone, Francesc Balmaseda stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Svetlozar Karamihov came out of the goal and Francesc Balmaseda tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rubén Urruti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rick Sánchez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Miguel Godoy to make the kick off. After 53 minutes of play, Auriolam II C.F.'s Miguel Godoy made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Svetlozar Karamihov was left in no man's land by his defense there! But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jesús Perera couldn't finish the play. Auriolam II C.F.'s fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
