Spectators: 7705 (Terracing: 5780, Seating: 1772, VIP seats: 153) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Miguel Godoy got the match started through his kick off. In the 8th minute the ball was on its way in behind Velez Sarsfield's goalkeeper Teodosio Sergi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Auriolam II C.F. were awarded a corner in the 10th minute after Velez Sarsfield's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gabri Gutierrez took the corner. A collision led to Velez Sarsfield getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Ando Averin hit a great ball. In the 14th minute, Miguel Godoy ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Teodosio Sergi was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 17 minutes into the game, Augusto Cordario recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Rubén Urruti. Augusto Cordario showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. 25 minutes into the match, Velez Sarsfield's goal looked a bit too open when Francesc Balmaseda came free, but Teodosio Sergi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Teodosio Sergi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Francesc Balmaseda in the 25th minute of the match. The throw-in from Gabri Gutierrez in the 29th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Velez Sarsfield's Ando Averin. In the 30th minute the ball was on its way in behind Auriolam II C.F.'s goalkeeper Rubén Urruti, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Velez Sarsfield's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ignacio Berenguer in the 31st minute. The corner led Velez Sarsfield's Ignacio Berenguer to fire away a dangerous shot which Rubén Urruti despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Miguel Godoy blasted a shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Teodosio Sergi having to make a save. In the 39th minute Miguel Godoy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teodosio Sergi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Javier Pinola fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Velez Sarsfield's protests and gave Javier Pinola a yellow card for diving instead. In the 43rd minute, one of Velez Sarsfield:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Velez Sarsfield. Velez Sarsfield:s Teodosio Sergi showed great skill when he stopped Gabri Gutierrez:s penalty. 2-2 came in the 45th minute when Gabri Gutierrez all by himself managed to get straight through the defense and place the ball into the net to the right of Teodosio Sergi.

The wind increased when Augusto Cordario made the kick off in the second half. Augusto Cordario hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Augusto Cordario in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rubén Urruti prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Augusto Cordario in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rubén Urruti saved Auriolam II C.F. from getting behind. In the 57th minute Miguel Godoy suffered a foot injury and had to be helped off the field. Javier Pinola was shown his second yellow card after 57 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Javier Pinola hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Auriolam II C.F. made a substitution. Pelayo Mendez replaced Sven-Erik Söderberg. The supporters of Auriolam II C.F. booed when Velez Sarsfield was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ando Averin didn't get a good kick on the ball. 62 minutes into the match, Velez Sarsfield's goal looked a bit too open when Miguel Godoy came free, but Teodosio Sergi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Teodosio Sergi was out of position in the 69 minute of play, and Francesc Balmaseda capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Francesc Balmaseda really showed his touch with that goal: 2-3. Francesc Balmaseda could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Teodosio Sergi made a huge save. In the 77th minute of the match Auriolam II C.F. got a corner. Velez Sarsfield's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gabri Gutierrez ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Cayetano Pagomari almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Velez Sarsfield's Teodosio Sergi did a great save. 83 minutes into the match, Velez Sarsfield's goal looked a bit too open when Jesús Perera came free, but Teodosio Sergi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ronan Mistral kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Teodosio Sergi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jesús Perera in the 84th minute of the match. 87 minutes into the match, Auriolam II C.F.'s Jesús Perera sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Teodosio Sergi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 88th minute of the match Auriolam II C.F. got a corner. Velez Sarsfield's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gabri Gutierrez ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Gabri Gutierrez got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Teodosio Sergi quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The supporters of Auriolam II C.F. booed when Velez Sarsfield was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ando Averin didn't get a good kick on the ball.
