After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Tomasz Sobania managed to get in a good position for a shot. Soczewki Gliwice's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomasz Sobania was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lin Mo Hong breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 4th match minute, Soczewki Gliwice was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kacem von Felten to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Esequiel Barco's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Damazy Kensicki was relentless in the 8th minute of the game. 12 minutes into the match, Esequiel Barco notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Soczewki Gliwice's Damazy Kensicki. A very good chance for a goal. Tomasz Sobania came free with the goalkeeper in the 28th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Lin Mo Hong could save by the left post. A sloppy throw-in by Kayhan Canfeda in the 31st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Curumalán AFC's Gabriel Milito. In the 32nd minute of the game Kayhan Canfeda made a throw-in which Jesus Frisco played forward. Damazy Kensicki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Esequiel Barco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alfred Nobel's late challenge caught a Soczewki Gliwice's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alfred Nobel helped the player get up and apologised. In the 36th match minute, Curumalán AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfred Nobel to maneuver through the defense. In the 41st minute Tomasz Sobania shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lin Mo Hong saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 46th match minute, Curumalán AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Esequiel Barco to maneuver through the defense. After 47 played minutes, Soczewki Gliwice's Jesus Frisco shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Lin Mo Hong came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Soczewki Gliwice reached it. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Curumalán AFC's Emmanuel Gigliotti was substituted for Juan Guerrero. The wind increased when Tomasz Sobania made the kick off in the second half. Damazy Kensicki made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Esequiel Barco sent off a good shot on target. Curumalán AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tomasz Sobania was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. In the 76th minute, Tomasz Sobania got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Soczewki Gliwice's Bogumil Babicki was substituted for Elmar Roorda. Soczewki Gliwice's Edgar Matela was substituted for Kacem von Felten. Lin Mo Hong made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henk Cardinaal in the 84th minute of play. In the 93rd minute Tomasz Sobania shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lin Mo Hong saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 95 minutes into the game, Curumalán AFC's Emmanuel Gigliotti nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Damazy Kensicki made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. The Soczewki Gliwice supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Curumalán AFC's performance. The match ended with a win for Curumalán AFC.
