Smith received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Gavino Afonso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Syd Cullen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hıdır Aygüneş, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robin Hultstrand in the 21st minute of play forced Ⱨ₳₵ɆĐØⱤ ĐɆ ØⱤØ₴'s goalkeeper Gavino Afonso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Augustin Cârstea kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. 25 minutes into the match, Real Death Ducks's goal looked a bit too open when Hıdır Aygüneş came free, but Syd Cullen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 31st minute of the match, Robin Hultstrand tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Gavino Afonso saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Gavino Afonso was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Robin Hultstrand showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 33 minute of play. Gavino Afonso was a little too slow when Franklin de Queiroz got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 36th minute. The score was now 2-1. With an all-out effort, Real Death Ducks's Gavino Afonso threw himself towards the right post 40 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Wen Feng Shi, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Yu Sen Yue made in the 42nd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Franklin de Queiroz however managed to control. If Hıdır Aygüneş had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Franklin de Queiroz to make the kick off. In the 51st minute, Hıdır Aygüneş got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 54th match minute, Real Death Ducks was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marty Ødegaard to maneuver through the defense. Gökhun Kakaronis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Syd Cullen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Real Death Ducks's Ni Yong Lei was substituted for Wen Feng Shi. 62 minutes into the match, Ⱨ₳₵ɆĐØⱤ ĐɆ ØⱤØ₴'s Hıdır Aygüneş sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Syd Cullen narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Ⱨ₳₵ɆĐØⱤ ĐɆ ØⱤØ₴'s Hıdır Aygüneş slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Syd Cullen. That made the score 2-2 after 62 minutes of play. Ⱨ₳₵ɆĐØⱤ ĐɆ ØⱤØ₴'s Diego Armando Milito was substituted for Gökhun Kakaronis. Ⱨ₳₵ɆĐØⱤ ĐɆ ØⱤØ₴'s Amancio Montay was substituted for Enzo Trossero. Ⱨ₳₵ɆĐØⱤ ĐɆ ØⱤØ₴ made a substitution. Esteve Cacheres replaced Hıdır Aygüneş. In the 70th minute, Esteve Cacheres ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Syd Cullen was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robin Hultstrand in the 75th minute of play forced Ⱨ₳₵ɆĐØⱤ ĐɆ ØⱤØ₴'s goalkeeper Gavino Afonso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 80 minutes into the match, Real Death Ducks's goalkeeper Syd Cullen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Amancio Montay. With a little luck, Real Death Ducks's Syd Cullen got control of the ball when Diego Armando Milito tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gavino Afonso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ive Volckaerts, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Marcelo Txindoki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Robin Hultstrand recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Ⱨ₳₵ɆĐØⱤ ĐɆ ØⱤØ₴ booed when Real Death Ducks was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Basílio Travassos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Amancio Montay struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Syd Cullen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ⱨ₳₵ɆĐØⱤ ĐɆ ØⱤØ₴. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Ⱨ₳₵ɆĐØⱤ ĐɆ ØⱤØ₴ eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
