The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hurşit Üke showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 36th minute, Ingvar Esbjörnsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Örjan Hjortberg made in the 41st minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC's Mauro Dos Santos. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Pål Larsson's late challenge caught a AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pål Larsson helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Rörvik BK getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Pål Larsson hit a great ball. AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC's Samuel Mambru shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 92nd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Hurşit Üke but with some difficulty. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
