Solitario's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Cláudio-André Taffarel came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by Fire Breathers FC's Godfredo Teofilio. But to his dismay, Godfredo Teofilio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 16th minute, Ernest Legg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cláudio-André Taffarel was out of position in the 19 minute of play, and Godfredo Teofilio capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Godfredo Teofilio really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. The supporters of F. C. Solitario booed when Fire Breathers FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dei Mercado didn't get a good kick on the ball. 27 minutes into the match, F. C. Solitario's goal looked a bit too open when Goizeder Parserises came free, but Cláudio-André Taffarel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cláudio-André Taffarel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Goizeder Parserises in the 28th minute. Cláudio-André Taffarel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Weather Barral, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Godfredo Teofilio did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 4-0 to the left of a surprised Cláudio-André Taffarel 42 minutes into the match. Cláudio-André Taffarel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Goizeder Parserises, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Ernest Legg made the kick off in the second half. Cláudio-André Taffarel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Goizeder Parserises, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the F. C. Solitario defense, Goizeder Parserises kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cláudio-André Taffarel. The F. C. Solitario fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cláudio-André Taffarel should have stopped the shot. 64 minutes into the match, F. C. Solitario's goal looked a bit too open when Weather Barral came free, but Cláudio-André Taffarel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 76th minute, Goizeder Parserises ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cláudio-André Taffarel was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. Cláudio-André Taffarel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Goizeder Parserises, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. After 85th play minutes Godfredo Teofilio shot 8-1, a short shot which went by Cláudio-André Taffarel and just under the crossbar into goal. Cláudio-André Taffarel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Godfredo Teofilio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to F. C. Solitario getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Rodrigo Rioja hit a great ball. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Fire Breathers FC fully deserved thier win.
