The corner ended in Hernan Vargas almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Zgierskie Zlewy's Karol Ruszkowski did a great save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lajos Tímár in the 20th minute of play forced Zgierskie Zlewy's goalkeeper Karol Ruszkowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 26 minutes into the game, Robert Doicaru cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Aristides Iztal was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Robert Doicaru struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Aristides Iztal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Zgierskie Zlewy. After some careless play in the Zgierskie Zlewy defense, Lajos Tímár kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Karol Ruszkowski. The Zgierskie Zlewy fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Karol Ruszkowski should have stopped the shot. The audience was convinced that Robert Doicaru's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aristides Iztal was relentless in the 41st minute of the game. Zgierskie Zlewy's Karol Ruszkowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carmelo Ishmael in the 42nd minute of play. Karol Ruszkowski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Carmelo Ishmael's shot from short distance in the 43rd minute. In the 44th minute GangsTaz F. C. were awarded a corner. Zgierskie Zlewy's Karol Ruszkowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lajos Tímár in the 47th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Robert Doicaru to make the kick off. In the 57th minute Lajos Tímár shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karol Ruszkowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aristides Iztal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robert Doicaru in the 59th minute of the match. A collision led to GangsTaz F. C. getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Felipe Dimas hit a great ball. Rolf King took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aristides Iztal. Aristides Iztal dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Zgierskie Zlewy's Krzysztof Petrasz was substituted for Zdzislaw Moczkiewicz. Robert Doicaru blasted a shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aristides Iztal having to make a save. 77 minutes into the match, GangsTaz F. C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Robert Doicaru came free, but Aristides Iztal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zgierskie Zlewy's Robert Doicaru got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Zgierskie Zlewy made a substitution. Barnaba Bazylnikov replaced Robert Doicaru. The throw-in from Germán Pezzella in the 82nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Zgierskie Zlewy's Dobromir Rukszcz. When Zgierskie Zlewy's Hadi Özilhan in the 83rd minute got a chance for a shot 83rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye GangsTaz F. C.'s goalie prevented a goal. In the 86th minute, Barnaba Bazylnikov left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Zgierskie Zlewy fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. In the 90th minute, Spiridon Peychev hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Zgierskie Zlewy's zone, Germán Pezzella stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Karol Ruszkowski came out of the goal and Germán Pezzella tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 94th minute Lajos Tímár shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karol Ruszkowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. GangsTaz F. C.'s players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
