An unexpectedly hard shot by Sören Bengtsson in the 3rd minute of play forced Kjønstad BF's goalkeeper Jarle Volden to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kjønstad BF's Jarle Volden played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anastasio Iraitz in the 5th minute of play. Chiquito Martinez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Toma Lechev in the 6th minute of the match. Jarle Volden showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anastasio Iraitz, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jorg Pieters in the 11th minute of play forced Kjønstad BF's goalkeeper Jarle Volden to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 12th minute Toma Lechev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chiquito Martinez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emanuel Emander in the 17th minute of play forced Kjønstad BF's goalkeeper Jarle Volden to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 19 minutes of play, Kjønstad BF's Toma Lechev made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Chiquito Martinez was left in no man's land by his defense there! After having played for 24 minutes, Toma Lechev managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kjønstad BF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Toma Lechev was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jarle Volden made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anastasio Iraitz in the 29th minute of play. Chiquito Martinez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Toma Lechev, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jarle Volden made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jorg Pieters in the 37th minute of play. In the 38th minute Toma Lechev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chiquito Martinez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nechifor Mangra was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 43 minutes into the match. After 43 played minutes Kjønstad BF got a freekick which was hit by Nechifor Mangra. Jorg Pieters, 44 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Gonzalo Pacifico kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Anastasio Iraitz made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Toma Lechev in the 53rd minute of play forced Independiente's goalkeeper Chiquito Martinez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Toma Lechev in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Chiquito Martinez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sören Bengtsson came free with the goalkeeper in the 56th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Jarle Volden could save by the left post. Independiente made a substitution. Flavio Laurgain replaced Anastasio Iraitz. Independiente's Benjy Benton was substituted for Jorg Pieters. Jarle Volden showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benjy Benton in the 72nd minute of the match. Benjy Benton received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jarle Volden came out and tried to block the shot, but Benjy Benton slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 74th minute. In the 77th minute, Toma Lechev ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Chiquito Martinez was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Toma Lechev took the ball and in the 81 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Chiquito Martinez. Chiquito Martinez dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Toma Lechev in the 86th minute of play forced Independiente's goalkeeper Chiquito Martinez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 87th minute, Hugo Tabb hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 91 minutes into the match, Kjønstad BF's Toma Lechev sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Chiquito Martinez narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jarle Volden made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benjy Benton in the 92nd minute of play. 93 minutes into the game, Kjønstad BF's Toma Lechev nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Chiquito Martinez made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Kjønstad BF were victorious despite being under pressure from Independiente for much of the match.
