Matias Venceslao might have been able to make a better finish in the 29th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Geronimo Ongile. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Matias Venceslao ran back to his position shaking his head. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Braulio Lopes in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Geronimo Ongile saved Gastres FC from getting behind. Ladislao Osasun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teobaldo Belmiro in the 34th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Gastres FC's Mathieu Koning got a free kick in the 35th minute. When Braulio Lopes came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Angua FC fans jumped to their feet.
