An unexpectedly hard shot by Abel Ramalho in the 7th minute of play forced Shuspendemo's goalkeeper Ismael Vellito to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 9th minute Abel Ramalho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ismael Vellito saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 11th minute Mauro Boselli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andres Ekhi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 13th match minute, Shuspendemo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emilio Schiacciacasse to maneuver through the defense. In the 17th minute, Brooks Willison hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Abel Ramalho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ismael Vellito having to interfere. After 21 played minutes Ricart Futebol Clube got a freekick which was hit by Tales Gonçalves. Andres Ekhi came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Shuspendemo's Mauro Boselli. But to his dismay, Mauro Boselli quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. The supporters of Shuspendemo booed when Ricart Futebol Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tales Gonçalves didn't get a good kick on the ball. Andres Ekhi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mauro Boselli in the 30th minute of the match. In the 32nd minute Shuspendemo were awarded a corner. Lucas Rivas went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Lucas Rivas got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Andres Ekhi quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 44th minute of the match, Brooks Willison got a very nice opportunity to score, but Andres Ekhi was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mauro Boselli stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 63 minutes into the match, Ricart Futebol Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Mauro Boselli came free, but Andres Ekhi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Shuspendemo made a substitution. Diego Gerber replaced Mikolaj Biraga. Shuspendemo's Réda Kolb was substituted for Mauro Boselli. Ricart Futebol Clube made a substitution. Eusebio Hori replaced Abel Ramalho. 78 minutes into the game, Tales Gonçalves threw the ball into play from the sideline. Shuspendemo's Lisandro Martínez quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. A collision led to Shuspendemo getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Lisandro Martínez hit a great ball. 93 minutes into the match, Shuspendemo's goal looked a bit too open when Eusebio Hori came free, but Ismael Vellito reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Andres Ekhi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Réda Kolb, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
