A collision led to Olivedos getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Tony Schmidt hit a great ball. Sebastian Ekelund's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Yuri da Cunha read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. Attard Gunners's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Godwin Sapiano in the 29th minute. It was a well-played corner which Louis Naudi managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Olivedos walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
