But to his dismay, Martin Jax quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Cyryl Lichorobiec's late challenge caught a Portus Ganda's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cyryl Lichorobiec helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, GERLIROJO Ψ's Cyryl Lichorobiec got a free kick in the 20th minute. Andres Lastur made an important save on a dangerous shot by Güralp Ergüleç in the 21st minute. Ye Yang Ao's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Andres Lastur read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. In the 25th match minute, Portus Ganda was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Florian Mondrowski to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Enrique Jacinto in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Andres Lastur saved GERLIROJO Ψ from getting behind. A collision led to GERLIROJO Ψ getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Genaro Tauro hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enrique Jacinto in the 31st minute of play forced GERLIROJO Ψ's goalkeeper Andres Lastur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Martin Jax's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tony Vanbuyten read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. Andres Lastur made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ye Yang Ao in the 42nd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jüri Djorkaeff got free with Andres Lastur in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

GERLIROJO Ψ's Aquilino Ihintza was substituted for Genaro Tauro. GERLIROJO Ψ's Eleuterio Benvido was substituted for Arnout Van den Wyngaert. Tony Vanbuyten made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martin Jax in the 56th minute of play. In the 58th minute Jüri Djorkaeff shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andres Lastur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 63 played minutes Portus Ganda got a freekick which was hit by Wagner Mamakin. Portus Ganda's Tony Vanbuyten played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eleuterio Benvido in the 64th minute of play. Martin Jax blasted a shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tony Vanbuyten having to make a save. Andres Lastur showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enrique Jacinto in the 74th minute of the match. Tony Vanbuyten was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Portus Ganda's Tony Vanbuyten proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to save Portus Ganda from getting a goal against them. In the 96thth minute of the game Epifanio Ibañez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Portus Ganda's Tony Vanbuyten was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Epifanio Ibañez did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-4 to the left of a surprised Tony Vanbuyten 96 minutes into the match. GERLIROJO Ψ's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
