The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Teofilo Faro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Carel Rokeloos went, in the 5th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 17th minute Carel Rokeloos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teofilo Faro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carel Rokeloos in the 21st minute of play forced CA Trapito's goalkeeper Teofilo Faro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. CA Trapito's Teofilo Faro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carel Rokeloos in the 25th minute of play. Carel Rokeloos took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Teofilo Faro. Teofilo Faro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Melquiades Mambru showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roberto Astudillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. MORPH's Melquiades Mambru proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save MORPH from getting a goal against them. After the first half MORPH were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Roberto Astudillo made the kick off in the second half. Carel Rokeloos struck a weak shot in the 51st minute. Teofilo Faro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for MORPH. MORPH's Melquiades Mambru played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roberto Astudillo in the 54th minute of play. Paulo Maldini hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. MORPH's Delmar Udalaitz was substituted for Emiliano Berdaitz. CA Trapito made a substitution. Gaspar Benat replaced Baldomero Salvator. After a rather tough play, CA Trapito's Paulo Maldini got a free kick in the 71st minute. A sloppy throw-in by Paulo Maldini in the 75th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by MORPH's Bernt Drake.
