A very good chance for a goal. 6 minutes into the match, El ultimo's goal looked a bit too open when Claudio Quiroga came free, but Vladimiro Socorro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 15 minutes of play, El ultimo's Ronald Wu made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Apostol Sokolov was left in no man's land by his defense there! 19 minutes into the match, Monitor Huáscar's goal looked a bit too open when Ramon Ignatius came free, but Apostol Sokolov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vladimiro Socorro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Claudio Quiroga went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ramon Ignatius in the 33rd minute of play forced Monitor Huáscar's goalkeeper Apostol Sokolov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 35th minute, Claudio Quiroga ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vladimiro Socorro was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. When Claudio Quiroga came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Monitor Huáscar fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Claudio Quiroga couldn't finish the play. Apostol Sokolov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ramon Ignatius, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Claudio Quiroga made a kick off. Ronald Wu scored 3-2 in the 53rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Apostol Sokolov, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Vladimiro Socorro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Claudio Quiroga in the 57th minute. Monitor Huáscar's Apostol Sokolov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ramon Ignatius in the 58th minute of play. Ramon Ignatius sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 62 minutes into the match, Monitor Huáscar's Claudio Quiroga sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vladimiro Socorro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Bernardinho Bala blasted a shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Vladimiro Socorro having to make a save. Apostol Sokolov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ramon Ignatius, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Monitor Huáscar's Apostol Sokolov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ramon Ignatius in the 80th minute of play. Apostol Sokolov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ronald Wu in the 83rd minute of the match. Apostol Sokolov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ramon Ignatius, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. A collision led to Monitor Huáscar getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Nazario Victorica hit a great ball. After 91 minutes of play, El ultimo's Bernabe Lucero made it 4-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Apostol Sokolov was left in no man's land by his defense there! 97 minutes in the game, Claudio Quiroga fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Vladimiro Socorro having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. El ultimo had won after a very even match.
