With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bogdan Marek prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Apostol Sokolov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zbyszek Pawelczyk, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Apostol Sokolov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zbyszek Pawelczyk in the 29th minute of play. With an all-out effort, Galja Kraków's Apostol Sokolov threw himself towards the right post 37 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Zbyszek Pawelczyk, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Claudio Quiroga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Claudio Quiroga stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Bogdan Marek made an important save on a dangerous shot by Claudio Quiroga in the 51st minute. Paulo Fallabes was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 56th minute. Monitor Huáscar's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Monitor Huáscar made a substitution. Macho Man tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Bogdan Marek. When Claudio Quiroga fell near the penalty area in the 91st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Monitor Huáscar's protests and gave Claudio Quiroga a yellow card for diving instead. In the 91st match minute, Monitor Huáscar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Claudio Quiroga to maneuver through the defense. Bogdan Marek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claudio Quiroga in the 94th minute of the match.
