Spectators: 7814 (Terracing: 5862, Seating: 1797, VIP seats: 155) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Dave Di Filippo started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vatan Enfal in the 5th minute of play forced Hermanö Oilers's goalkeeper Oskar Haeger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Inter de Chillán's Anton Björnberg got control of the ball when Ingemar Stålman tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 11 minutes Hermanö Oilers's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Tobías Izamit who took care of the corner kick. Samuel Abel was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Hermanö Oilers's Oskar Haeger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vatan Enfal in the 12th minute of play. Oskar Haeger showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vatan Enfal, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. 18 minutes had been played when some careless play by Hermanö Oilers's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Tobías Izamit was slow to take the kick. During this time Inter de Chillán's players had a chance to rest. A well-hit corner resulted in Florencio Jax heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. 24 minutes into the match, Inter de Chillán's goal looked a bit too open when Dave Di Filippo came free, but Anton Björnberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Anton Björnberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dave Di Filippo in the 27th minute of play. 32 minutes into the match, Inter de Chillán's goal looked a bit too open when Leonardo Sundin came free, but Anton Björnberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vatan Enfal's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Oskar Haeger read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. Inter de Chillán's Anton Björnberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save Inter de Chillán from getting a goal against them. After 42 played minutes Hermanö Oilers got a freekick which was hit by Luís Eduardo Loureiro. Oskar Haeger didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Vatan Enfal went, in the 44th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Florencio Jax fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oskar Haeger having to interfere.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Vatan Enfal was the one to do the kick off. Oskar Haeger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vatan Enfal in the 56th minute of the match. Albino Zenteno could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Oskar Haeger made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dave Di Filippo in the 60th minute of play forced Inter de Chillán's goalkeeper Anton Björnberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 66th minute, Tobías Izamit hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Anton Björnberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dave Di Filippo in the 67th minute of play. Anton Björnberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dave Di Filippo in the 69th minute of the match. Dave Di Filippo got in the 71st a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Anton Björnberg handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. In the 73rd minute Rickard Erserman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oskar Haeger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Oskar Haeger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rickard Erserman in the 74th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Rickard Erserman's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Oskar Haeger was relentless in the 81st minute of the game. Rickard Erserman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Oskar Haeger made a huge save. 86 minutes into the match, Rickard Erserman had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Oskar Haeger. Hermanö Oilers's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rickard Erserman was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Inter de Chillán's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
