Vasco Goycochea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Shen Song in the 39th minute of play. Aquilino Luke took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vasco Goycochea. Vasco Goycochea dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. After some careless play in the C.F.Fuenlabrada defense, Mai Bin Kuan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sebastián Torrico. The C.F.Fuenlabrada fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sebastián Torrico should have stopped the shot. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched C.F.Fuenlabrada eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
