In the 8th minute Irinel Tatomir shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kryspin Cupial saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Niclas Monschke fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Timo Courtois having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 16 minutes, Irinel Tatomir put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Kryspin Cupial. SSV Ulm 1846's Albrecht Bosbach managed to work through ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Albrecht Bosbach dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Irinel Tatomir in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kryspin Cupial prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The wind increased when Irinel Tatomir made the kick off in the second half. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 63 minutes into the match, ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007's goal looked a bit too open when Don Merlot came free, but Timo Courtois reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 65th minute SSV Ulm 1846 were awarded a corner. Sven-Olof Lilja went to the cornerflag to take it. SSV Ulm 1846's Kryspin Cupial played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Irinel Tatomir in the 69th minute of play. In the 74th minute the ball was on its way in behind SSV Ulm 1846's goalkeeper Kryspin Cupial, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lucrețiu Ghimiș got free with Kryspin Cupial in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 87 minutes of play, ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007's Lucrețiu Ghimiș made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kryspin Cupial was left in no man's land by his defense there! 90 minutes into the game, Lucrețiu Ghimiș cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Kryspin Cupial was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 96th minute, Eugen Mihălțan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The SSV Ulm 1846 supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007's performance. The match ended with a win for ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007.
