Spectators: 7802 (Terracing: 5853, Seating: 1794, VIP seats: 155) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Žigmund Csontos got the match started through his kick off. 4 minutes into the match, AFK Petržalka's goal looked a bit too open when Doriva Sousa came free, but Adam Hrdina reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match clock showed 5 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Doriva Sousa sped through AFK Petržalka's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Adam Hrdina. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Doriva Sousa in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Adam Hrdina prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 11th match minute, Ghost Hunters was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Henri-Patrick Grocholski to maneuver through the defense. When Ghost Hunters's Doriva Sousa in the 19th minute got a chance for a shot 19th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye AFK Petržalka's goalie prevented a goal. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind Ghost Hunters's goalkeeper Jósef Wandzik, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 25 minutes had been played when some careless play by AFK Petržalka's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jan-Åke Melander was slow to take the kick. During this time Ghost Hunters's players had a chance to rest. The corner went over the outstretched arms of AFK Petržalka's goalie and right to Nils-Åke Alströmer. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. AFK Petržalka's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Doriva Sousa in the 29th minute of play forced AFK Petržalka's goalkeeper Adam Hrdina to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Doriva Sousa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 37 minutes, Doriva Sousa made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. AFK Petržalka's Adam Hrdina tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 40 minutes into the match, Doriva Sousa notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of AFK Petržalka's Adam Hrdina. Adam Hrdina was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Adam Hrdina stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Doriva Sousa's shot from short distance in the 44th minute. Adam Hrdina didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Doriva Sousa went, in the 47th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Doriva Sousa made a kick off. Vernon De Marco made in the 52nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Ghost Hunters's Paulo Sabah. The throw-in from Paulo Sabah in the 53rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by AFK Petržalka's Vernon De Marco. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Doriva Sousa in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Adam Hrdina prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 57th minute, Ghost Hunters's Doriva Sousa ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Adam Hrdina. Adam Hrdina yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-5. 60 minutes into the match, Ghost Hunters's goal looked a bit too open when Igor Bališ came free, but Jósef Wandzik reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 61st minute, Adam Obert hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of AFK Petržalka booed when Ghost Hunters was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nils-Åke Alströmer didn't get a good kick on the ball. When AFK Petržalka's Michal Hudák in the 64th minute got a chance for a shot 64th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ghost Hunters's goalie prevented a goal. 67 minutes into the match, AFK Petržalka's goalkeeper Adam Hrdina had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Doriva Sousa. In the 68th minute Ghost Hunters were awarded a corner. Jan-Åke Melander went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Ghost Hunters's corner Gilbert Lindell fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Adam Hrdina quite easily take care of the ball. Jósef Wandzik showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Michal Hudák in the 70th minute of the match. Žigmund Csontos struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Jósef Wandzik didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AFK Petržalka. 74 minutes into the match, AFK Petržalka's goalkeeper Adam Hrdina had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Doriva Sousa. The audience was convinced that Michal Hudák's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jósef Wandzik was relentless in the 79th minute of the game. The crowd rose to their feet as Ghost Hunters's Doriva Sousa slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Adam Hrdina. That made the score 0-6 after 81 minutes of play. AFK Petržalka's Nikola Krstović was substituted for Michal Hudák. Ghost Hunters made a substitution. Jakob Bogren replaced Doriva Sousa. The crowd rose to their feet as Jakob Bogren kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Adam Hrdina. That made the score 0-7 in the 86 minute of play. Ghost Hunters's Paulo Sabah quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Vernon De Marco, made in the 91st minute of the game. In the 93rd minute, Ghost Hunters's Jakob Bogren dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-8. Ghost Hunters played a much better game than AFK Petržalka and deserved their victory. The AFK Petržalka players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
