Agus Young came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Santa Lucia de Merlo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that M. Agus Young couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Santa Lucia de Merlo's zone, Miromir Gdowski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Norberto Tino came out of the goal and Miromir Gdowski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Glentown FC getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Harry Sandström hit a great ball. M. Agus Young's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kent Beckeman read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 7th minute of play. 8 minutes had been played when some careless play by Glentown FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Levan Poggenborg was slow to take the kick. During this time Santa Lucia de Merlo's players had a chance to rest. Doctor Paredes made a great header on Santa Lucia de Merlo's corner, it was just that Glentown FC's Kent Beckeman managed to reach the ball for a save. Santa Lucia de Merlo's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Levan Poggenborg in the 10th minute. The corner ended in Levan Poggenborg almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Glentown FC's Kent Beckeman did a great save. Kent Beckeman made an important save on a dangerous shot by M. Agus Young in the 12th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when M. Agus Young got free with Kent Beckeman in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 17 minutes into the match, Santa Lucia de Merlo's M. Agus Young sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kent Beckeman narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 19 minutes had been played when some careless play by Glentown FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ronaldinho Miguel in the 22nd minute of play forced Santa Lucia de Merlo's goalkeeper Norberto Tino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 23 minutes into the match, Glentown FC's Ronaldinho Miguel sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Norberto Tino narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Kent Beckeman made an important save on a dangerous shot by M. Agus Young in the 25th minute. Norberto Tino stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ronaldinho Miguel's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. When M. Agus Young came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Santa Lucia de Merlo fans jumped to their feet. Glentown FC's Kent Beckeman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save Glentown FC from getting a goal against them. Kent Beckeman made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when M. Agus Young sent off a good shot on target. M. Agus Young took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kent Beckeman. Kent Beckeman dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. After 39 played minutes Santa Lucia de Merlo got a freekick which was hit by Bosse Spendrup. In the 40th minute of the match Amanda Cabello sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Norberto Tino skillfully saved the ball. In the 42nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Glentown FC's goalkeeper Kent Beckeman, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Norberto Tino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ronaldinho Miguel in the 45th minute of the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
After having played for 55 minutes, Levan Poggenborg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Santa Lucia de Merlo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Levan Poggenborg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 60 minutes Santa Lucia de Merlo's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Amanda Cabello who took care of the corner kick. A collision led to Glentown FC getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Andreas Johansson hit a great ball. In the 62nd minute, M. Agus Young got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 76th minute, M. Agus Young left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Santa Lucia de Merlo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. In the 85th minute Glentown FC were awarded a corner. Amanda Cabello went to the cornerflag to take it. Glentown FC's Tom Lindholm was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Norberto Tino in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 85 minutes into the game, Tom Lindholm lined in a short shot 2-1 behind a frustrated Norberto Tino. In the 88th minute of the game Manuel Echeto made a throw-in which Hasta Alfonso played forward. In the 90th minute, Polo Quinteros ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kent Beckeman was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. After having played for 96 minutes, Polo Quinteros managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Santa Lucia de Merlo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Polo Quinteros was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, Santa Lucia de Merlo's Norberto Tino got control of the ball when Miromir Gdowski tried to sneak it across the goal line. Santa Lucia de Merlo's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
