Adam Hrdina came out of the goal and Ronaldinho Miguel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 18th minute, AFK Petržalka's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Ronaldinho Miguel fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Kent Beckeman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Michal Hudák in the 20th minute of play. In the 22nd minute, Michal Hudák got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ronaldinho Miguel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Glentown FC booed when AFK Petržalka was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Viktor Seno didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 27 minutes AFK Petržalka's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Andreas Johansson who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Andreas Johansson almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but AFK Petržalka's Adam Hrdina did a great save. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Ronaldinho Miguel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Glentown FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ronaldinho Miguel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Adam Hrdina breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Manuel Echeto kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. AFK Petržalka's Adam Hrdina proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save AFK Petržalka from getting a goal against them.

Glentown FC's Hồ Linda was substituted for Harry Papa. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hasta Alfonso made a kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Michal Hudák got free with Kent Beckeman in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. AFK Petržalka's Adam Hrdina played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hasta Alfonso in the 57th minute of play. When Hasta Alfonso came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Glentown FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hasta Alfonso couldn't finish the play. When AFK Petržalka's Žigmund Csontos in the 62nd minute got a chance for a shot 62nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 76th minute of the match, Nikola Krstović got a very nice opportunity to score, but Kent Beckeman was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Adam Hrdina showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hasta Alfonso, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Kent Beckeman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nikola Krstović, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nikola Krstović sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 93 minutes into the match, Glentown FC's goal looked a bit too open when Nikola Krstović came free, but Kent Beckeman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nikola Krstović was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 94th minute. AFK Petržalka's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Glentown FC's Andreas Johansson was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Adam Hrdina in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Glentown FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while AFK Petržalka had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
