The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Edgard Lécuyer received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Tequileros FC's zone, Ronaldinho Miguel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ayhan Vuralhan came out of the goal and Ronaldinho Miguel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ronaldinho Miguel in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ayhan Vuralhan saved Tequileros FC from getting behind. If Edgard Magdaleno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ayhan Vuralhan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ronaldinho Miguel in the 24th minute of play. In the 27th match minute, Tequileros FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patricio Beltran to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Tequileros FC defense, Ronaldinho Miguel kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ayhan Vuralhan. The Tequileros FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ayhan Vuralhan should have stopped the shot. Miromir Gdowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 37th minute of the match Glentown FC got a corner. Tequileros FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Amanda Cabello ran over to the corner to take the kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ronaldinho Miguel in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ayhan Vuralhan saved Tequileros FC from getting behind. 43 minutes into the match, Glentown FC's goalkeeper Kent Beckeman had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edgard Lécuyer. 45 minutes into the match, Glentown FC's Ronaldinho Miguel sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ayhan Vuralhan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Hasta Alfonso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ayhan Vuralhan having to interfere. Ayhan Vuralhan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hasta Alfonso's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. Tequileros FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 82nd minute, when Hasta Alfonso scored to the left of an out of position Ayhan Vuralhan, making the score, 1-3. Tequileros FC made a substitution. Ildefonso Lorien replaced Blas Esiquio. Hasta Alfonso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kent Beckeman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgard Lécuyer in the 95th minute of the match.
