Tequileros FC's Ayhan Vuralhan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Per Tunström in the 35th minute of play. 36 minutes had been played when some careless play by Tequileros FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Per Stenberg was slow to take the kick. During this time Rönnöfors FF's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Rönnöfors FF's Sigvard Biörnberg to fire away a dangerous shot which Ayhan Vuralhan despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Rönnöfors FF's Arne Stor was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ayhan Vuralhan in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Ayhan Vuralhan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Per Tunström, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. After a rather tough play, Tequileros FC's Edgard Lécuyer got a free kick in the 44th minute. In the 45th minute of the match Bertil Hellgren sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ayhan Vuralhan skillfully saved the ball. With a little luck, Tequileros FC's Ayhan Vuralhan got control of the ball when Per Tunström tried to sneak it across the goal line. 96 minutes into the game, Edgard Magdaleno cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. Hubert Fagrell was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 100 minutes into the match, Tequileros FC's goalkeeper Ayhan Vuralhan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Per Tunström. The Rönnöfors FF supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Rönnöfors FF would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
