If Ernst Herinckx had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mitch Lauwers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stacey Banning in the 25th minute of the match. In the 26th minute, Stacey Banning ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mitch Lauwers was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. 31 minutes into the game, Mattijs De Worteleer was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Minion Mim's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave River tu grato nombre the free kick. Mattijs De Worteleer kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. 32 minutes into the game, Stacey Banning cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Mitch Lauwers was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Stacey Banning recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 47 minutes, Stacey Banning mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the River tu grato nombre and the Minion Mim players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Minion Mim booed when River tu grato nombre was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stacey Banning didn't get a good kick on the ball.

52 minutes into the match, Minion Mim's goal looked a bit too open when Stacey Banning came free, but Mitch Lauwers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind River tu grato nombre's goalkeeper Eulalio Francesco, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 67 minutes into the match, River tu grato nombre's goal looked a bit too open when Joonatan Van Landewijck came free, but Eulalio Francesco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 69 minutes into the match, Will Wipp had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eulalio Francesco. River tu grato nombre's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Will Wipp was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. In the 72nd minute Joonatan Van Landewijck shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eulalio Francesco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 76 minutes, Stacey Banning managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. River tu grato nombre's supporters crossed their fingers, but Stacey Banning was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mitch Lauwers made an important save on a dangerous shot by Stacey Banning in the 80th minute. 85 minutes into the game, Dolf Dobbelaere threw the ball into play from the sideline. River tu grato nombre's John Presley quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. 85 minutes into the game, Stacey Banning recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Mitch Lauwers. Stacey Banning showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-5. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ernst Herinckx in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eulalio Francesco saved River tu grato nombre from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stacey Banning in the 90th minute of play forced Minion Mim's goalkeeper Mitch Lauwers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eulalio Francesco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ernst Herinckx in the 91st minute of play. 95 minutes into the match, River tu grato nombre's Stacey Banning sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mitch Lauwers narrowly saved just below the crossbar. River tu grato nombre's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
